<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encapsulation device that achieves a simple mechanism for moving an encapsulating membrane between an open position and a closed position by using an arm configured by superposing two layers, having different expansion coefficients, on each other. <P>SOLUTION: The encapsulation device 8 comprises an encapsulating membrane 12 constituting at least a part of a microcavity so as to encapsulate an element inside the microcavity to be formed on a support 10. In this case, the device includes at least one arm that mechanically attaches the encapsulating membrane to the support. The arm is bendable so as to move the membrane between an open position, in which the encapsulating membrane hangs over the element to be encapsulated and the peripheral edge of the encapsulating membrane defines an aperture extending around the element to be encapsulated, and a closed position in which the peripheral edge of the encapsulating membrane is arranged on the support in order to close the aperture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
