PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a surface layer showing superior scratch resistance. SOLUTION: The laminate 1 includes a resin base material 2, the first layer 3 laminated on at least a partial area of the resin base material 2, and the second layer 4 laminated on another surface 3b of the first layer 3 opposite to the surface 3a on which the base material 2 is laminated. The first layer 3 is formed by curing the first composition containing an inorganic polymer prepared by hydrolyzing and condensing an inorganic polymer constituent containing a silane compound represented by formula (1) Si(R1)<SB>p</SB>(OR2)<SB>4-p</SB>, a water-soluble polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, and an active energy ray polymerization initiator, wherein R1 is an 1-30C organic group having a polymerizable double bond, R2 is an 1 to 6C alkyl group, and p is 1 or 2.
