PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a seat cushion which can assemble a seat cushion on a vehicle body by horizontally moving the seat cushion so as to improve assembling operation, can prevent a luggage compartment in the rear of the seat cushion from being narrower, and can prevent the seat cushion from moving to the front side of the vehicle at a front side collision or the like. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the seat cushion includes: a locking section 10 which projects from the rear end of the seat cushion 1 to the vehicle rear side Rr, in which a projection end 11 side is folded; and a locked section 20 which is provided in a floor 5 of the vehicle, with which the locking section 10 locks. The projection end 11 of the locking section 10 is folded in a vehicle width direction, and locks with an edge rim 20B1 extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle of the locked section 20 from the vehicle rear side Rr.
