According to the present invention, a gas-insulated switchgear for a high-voltage circuit breaker comprises: a main body having an opening for connecting a disconnecting switch and an opening for connecting a grounding switch; a driving gear which rotates within the main body in one selective direction by the driving force of an external operator; a first slave gear which is connected to a shaft of the driving gear such that the first slave gear is rotatable by engaging with the driving gear on a disconnecting switch side; a first rack gear which engages with the first slave gear, and one end of which in the lengthwise direction is connected to a disconnecting switch via the opening of the main body for connecting the disconnecting switch or separated from the disconnecting switch in accordance with the rotation direction of the first slave gear; a second slave gear which is connected to the shaft of the driving gear such that the second slave gear is rotatable by engaging with the driving gear on a grounding switch side; and a second rack gear which engages with the second slave gear, and one end of which in the lengthwise direction is connected to a contact of a grounding switch via the opening of the main body for connecting the grounding switch or separated from the contact of the grounding switch in accordance with the rotation direction of the second slave gear.
