The device has a clamping net (3) arranged outside a disk (1.2), where edge (3.1) of the clamping net is fastened to a body component (1.1) and another edge (3.2) is fastened to a clamping element (2) i.e. bowden cable, which is arranged at vehicle structure components (1.3, 1.4). The clamping net is clamped by the clamping element such that a region between the disk and the body component is overstretched. The clamping element is coupled with a release device, and the clamping net is extended over width of the disk.
