The tank (8) has a connection piece, which is formed for guiding the medium in the steam cooker (1) for coupling with a medium guiding unit (10) of the steam cooker. A movable piston is arranged in the connecting piece. The movable piston is slided for releasing or blocking the diversion of the medium from the tank. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an arrangement with a building bar; and (2) a method for coupling and decoupling a tank with a medium guiding unit of a steam cooker.
