PURPOSE: A checking apparatus of a molded product for a round bender and a checking method thereof are provided to check whether a molded product is faulty in real time even during a process. CONSTITUTION: A checking apparatus of a molded product for a round bender comprises a pressure sensing unit, rotary conducting plates(15), conducting terminals(21), and a controller(C). The pressure sensing unit is in contact with a molding beam and outputs an electric current signal. The rotary conducting plates are electrically connected to the pressure sensing unit through wires. The conducting terminals are electrically connected to the controller through wires. The controller determines whether a molded product is faulty by analyzing the inputted electric current signal and outputs the signal to a display unit.
