PURPOSE: A device for covering the upper end of a blending bin is provided to minimize the scattering of raw coal by blocking the upper end of a blending bin. CONSTITUTION: A device for covering the upper end of a blending bin comprises covers(10), a rotating bar, a fixed bar(30) and a secondary plate(12). The cover selectively shields the upper end of the blending bin. The rotating bar rotates the cover. The fixed bar is extended in the arranged direction of the covers and supports bars(20), which are respectively installed on both leading ends of each cover, are rotatably coupled to the fixed bar. The secondary plate prevents a gap from becoming formed between neighboring covers on the leading end of each cover.
