摘要 PURPOSE: The cooling load controller of a cooling tower assembly using a variable drift eliminator is provided to reduce driving power by substantially reducing cooling load. CONSTITUTION: A variable drift eliminator(100) includes unit drift eliminating plates(11), unit supporters(12), a step type actuator(13), a driving shaft(23), and a reducer(14). The center angle of the unit drift eliminating plates is in a range between 15 and 30 degrees. The radiuses of the unit drift eliminating plates are the same as or the more than of the radius of an air abaxial hole. The unit drift eliminating plates include a drift eliminating structure which is formed in a circumferential direction. The unit supporters support the unit drift eliminating plates to be horizontally moved. The actuator unfolds of folds the unit drift eliminating plates to the horizontal direction. The driving shaft is in connection with a distributor and an inhaling fan in order to supply power. One side of the reducer is in connection with the driving shaft, and another side of the reducer is in connection with the actuator.
