<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of carrying out a stable power generation while thermal convection of air is utilized and vapor generated at an oxidant electrode during power generation is efficiently utilized in a power generation cell of a fuel cell, and capable of a stable power generation and moreover attaining both of efficient capture of water and the stable power generation even if the power generating cells are stacked. <P>SOLUTION: An oxidant electrode part 2 of a power generation part having a fuel electrode 17 and an oxidant electrode 16 is provided with a first end part and a second end part 5 on the opposite side of the first end part. The first end part is arranged at a high position than the second end part 5, and one or more of communication ports 6, 7 are arranged in the vicinity of each of the first end part and the second end part 5 respectively, and a water vapor capturing means for capturing water vapor is provided on the side or on the upper part of the first communication port 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
