<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impulse type heat sealer increasing the frequency of sealing per unit time by shortening a heating and cooling time. <P>SOLUTION: The impulse type heat sealer includes a pressure-bonding lever 7 having a pressure-bonding part 10a for pressure-bonding a seal part Fa of a film F, and a heating body 31 having a heating part 31a for heating the seal part Fa of the film F. In the pressure-bonding process of the pressure-bonding lever 7, the seal part Fa is clamped by the pressure-bonding part 10a and the heating part 31a to seal the seal part Fa.
