<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a device for performing processing to confirm the safety of communication data. <P>SOLUTION: A reliability information generation part 150 defines a communication interface to be used for communication between itself and a device connected through the Internet as an upstream communication interface, and defines the other interfaces as downstream communication interfaces, from among a plurality of communication interfaces 100, and generates information showing the other party of communication in communication using the downstream communication interfaces 100 as reliability information. A reliability information transmission part 160 transmits the generated reliability information from the upstream communication interface 100. A reliability information registration part 170 registers the reliability information received from the other devices in a reliability information storage part 140.
