PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a bar fixing method which enables simple and high quality construction at low costs in integrally fixing a bar relative to an existing concrete structure, and to provide a filler leakage prevention device used for the bar fixing method and a filling pipe. SOLUTION: The bar fixing method includes: a step for pouring a filler 2 into a bar insertion hole 10 formed in a concrete structure 1; and a step for inserting the bar 3 into the bar insertion hole 10 poured with the filler 2. In the pouring step, the filler 2 is poured using a filling pipe 20 formed with a ring-shaped sealing portion 22 with its outer diameter formed equivalent to the inner diameter of the bar insertion hole 10. In the insertion step, the bar 3 is inserted from the bar insertion hole while disposing, at the hole port of the bar insertion hole 10, the leakage prevention ring plate 40 formed with the bar 3 insertion hole and with a filler 2 discharging port.
