PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact toilet roll product having a function as a dispenser. SOLUTION: The toilet roll product includes a storage box in which a toilet roll is stored. The toilet roll product has a take-out slot forming perforation line on the front surface of the storage box facing the peripheral surface of the toilet roll, an outer film and an inner film covering the take-out slot forming perforation line from inside the box. The outer film and inner film overlap each other at edges within the range of the take-out slot forming perforation line to form a slit opening from which the toilet roll stored inside can be drawn out.
