PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip gear structure which is easily handleable on the occasion of disassembly and assembly and is hard to break even if disassembly and assembly are repeated, and to provide a timepiece with the structure. SOLUTION: The slip gear structure 1 for a timepiece includes: an annular planar gear body 2 having teeth formed in the outer periphery and provided with springs 20A and 20B extending across an inner opening 14; and a positioning member 3 provided with a small-diameter plate 30 having a center hole 32 in which a shaft 4 is rotatably fitted, and support walls 40A and 40B protruding from one surface on both sides of the hole. When the shaft is not fitted in the slip gear structure, the springs of the gear body are elastically pressed against the side edges 26aA, 26bA, 26aB, and 26bB of the support walls, and the center springs 21aA and 21aB between the side edges protrude into the center hole 32. When the shaft is fitted in the center hole of the slip gear structure, each spring of the gear body is elastically pressed against the shaft 4 at each center spring 21aA and 21aB, and is slippably engaged with the shaft.
