PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce drive torque of an internal gear pump by a method different from a method increasing chip clearance between an inner rotor and an outer rotor. SOLUTION: A terminal end 8<SB>E</SB>of a delivery port 8 provided on a pump case 5 is disposed between an inner rotor tooth tip vertex T<SB>T</SB>and an outer rotor root vertex T<SB>B</SB>with a meshing point put therebetween under a condition where the inner rotor 2 and the outer rotor 3 mesh at a meshing start point Ms for improvement of the internal gear pump including a pump rotor 4 comprising an inner rotor 2 of which number of teeth is N and an outer rotor 3 of which number of teeth is (N+1).
