PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology used in the manufacturing of a movable deck including a handrail not interfering with a scope of swivel of an erector device and a shield machine equipped with this movable deck. SOLUTION: This movable deck 19 provided on the shield machine 1 is constituted to operate and deform to avoid the interference with the erector device 11 for carrying segments and include the handrail 23 movable in the interlocking relationship with the operation and deformation and functioning as the handrail at even a position where it does not interfere with the erector device 11.
