A method and apparatus for supporting call control of circuit domain telephone and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) are provided by the present invention, the apparatus includes a call flow control module, for receiving and storing off-hook events, and judging if the user dialing circuit domain telephone or VoIP according to the number dialed by the user; if VoIP is dialed, sending the off-hook event to a VOIP call control module, and sending all the events in the present call to the VoIP call control module for processing; if circuit domain telephone is dialed, sending the off-hook event to a call control module of circuit domain telephone, and sending all the events in the present call to the call control module of circuit domain telephone for processing. By the call control apparatus and the implementing method thereof in the present invention, the compatibility of circuit domain telephone and VoIP with a single Foreign Exchange Station (FXS) is realized, and for the circuit domain telephone and VoIP can use one Subscriber Line Interface Circuit (SLIC) chip together, one SLIC chip is saved, and the cost is saved dramatically. |
