PURPOSE: A non-excavation pipe repairing and reinforcing apparatus and method using PE(Polyethylene) sheets are provided to quickly repair cracks, partial breakage, and damaged joint parts of pipes using thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION: PE A non-excavation pipe repairing and reinforcing apparatus comprises a body(110), a barrier wall(120), and a PE sheet(130). The body includes a compression tube(112) which is swelled with air injection so as to press the interior of a pipe(10). The barrier wall comprises a distribution duct(121) which is attached to either side of a drain passage(111) of the body, a sealing tube(123) which is pressed onto the inner periphery of the pipe in order to block the pipe, a nozzle(122) which provides hot air, and a temperature sensor(124) which is installed on the injection side of the nozzle. The PE sheet is formed in the shape of a tube fitted to the exterior of the body and attached to the interior of the pipe.
