LIGHT SELECTIVE TRANSMISSION SOLAR CELL HAVING LIGHT FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE: A selective light transmission solar cell including a light filtering unit is provided to improve light collection efficiency by refracting light to be inputted to the light filtering unit through a refracting unit. CONSTITUTION: An electrode unit is comprised of a top electrode(120) and a bottom electrode(150) facing the top electrode. A light absorbing layer(130) is arranged between the top electrode and the bottom electrode. The light absorbing layer includes dye to transmit the light of a specific wavelength among incident light. A light filtering unit(170) reflects the light of the specific wavelength among the light transmitted from the light absorbing layer to the light absorbing layer again. The light filtering unit includes a plurality of transmitting patterns which selectively transmit light corresponding to the wavelengths of different ranges.
