<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental treatment chair which enables a single driving source (actuator) to perform three operations of raising and bringing down a backrest, moving a contour sheet forward and backward and tilting it in conjunction with each other and enables the number of actuators to be reduced as a result, thereby achieving the cost reduction, space saving and reduction in power consumption and weight. <P>SOLUTION: The dental treatment chair includes the actuator 21 attached to the contour sheet 20, and the backrest 10 raised and brought down by the extension and contraction of the actuator 21. When the backrest 10 is raised and brought down in the direction indicated by an arrow A, a link 23 is rotated in the direction indicated by an arrow F through a link 22, a link 24 is moved in a direction G, the front of a chassis 25 of the contour sheet is vertically moved in the direction indicated by an arrow C, and the contour sheet 20 is tilted.
