<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a touch panel sensor including a first electrode part and a second electrode part positioned to each other with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This production method includes processes of: plate-making first and second photosensitive layers 52a, 52b laminated on both sides of a laminated body 50 having a base material film 32, first and second electroconductive layers 40, 45 laminated on both sides of the base material film, and a light shielding layer laminated on the electroconductive layer; and thereafter etching the light shielding layer and the electroconductive layer to pattern them.
