<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for cosmetic preparations which has good dispersibility and an excellent ultraviolet-shielding effect and enables the production of a cosmetic preparation which has an excellent feeling of use, cosmetic effect, and makeup durability and a cosmetic preparation which is obtained using the composition for cosmetic preparations. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for cosmetic preparations includes (A) fine titanium oxide particles and (B) one or more kinds of magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, and calcium hydroxide. The cosmetic preparation is obtained using the composition for cosmetic preparations. Preferably, the composition for cosmetic preparations additionally includes (C) a clay mineral. The compositional weight ratio (A):(B):(C) is preferably 20-60:3-40:0-77, and it is also preferable for the composition for cosmetic preparations that a mixed powder composed of the components (A), (B), and (C) is lipophilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
