<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a player to easily understand a state where a character to be instructed by the player moves. <P>SOLUTION: A viewpoint where a relative position to the character is fixed is set in a virtual space. In a game device 200, a sight line direction setting part 201 sets a direction of the sight line in the virtual space. An image generating part 202 generates an image representing a state that a virtual space is viewed from a position of the set viewpoint to a direction of the set sight line. A route obtaining part 203 moves a target point from a current position of the character while a state of the character is in a preparation mode, and obtains a route where the target point moves. A moving part 204 moves the character to the target point along the obtained route while the state of the character is in a move mode.
