<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rush product having a restful color and an antibacterial deodorizing action harmless to human bodies using a natural material. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the rush product includes processes for: using rush containing 0.01-5% of catechin of green tea, 0.01-3% of colored acid dye and 0.1-1% of resin component on the surface of rush and storing a rush bundle in a net container; washing the rush bundle with water; putting green tea leaves and acid dye into a vessel storing hot water, and dip-dyeing the rush bundle after washed with water, in a dye liquid and tea sap obtained by allowing dye and the tea component to seep out; drying the rush bundle after washing it with cold water; and weaving the rush after wetting it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
