<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and a program, capable of performing correction of an image forming positio, using a simple composition and with higher accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus, counting is started after output of a page synchronization signal, and elapsed time tE, up to reception of the signal from a reference density detection sensor by a reception section, is measured by a time-measuring section. Writing start signal for color K is output from a control section to a laser exposure machine, after delaying only for time tk, from the time when the page synchronization signal is output. Thus, a toner image for the color K is generated, and a toner image for the color K is detected by the reference density detection sensor. A calculation section calculates a differenceΔ(Δ=tE-tB), by using information of elapsed time tE and information of reference time tB. A determination section determines whether the differenceΔis positive, and the contents of correction is determined. If the differenceΔis a positive number (Δ>0), the determination section decides to make time tk' which is made smaller than a time tk change by the differenceΔ. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
