PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positional dislocation adjusting device in a tie-in device of a PTP sheet, which improves working efficiency, by easily coping with various kinds of PTP sheets. SOLUTION: This positional dislocation adjusting device includes an upper carrying passage 34 for carrying the PTP sheet 1 downward in a pocket 2a, a lower carrying passage 35 for carrying the PTP sheet 1 upward in the pocket and a confluent part for tying-in the PTP sheets carried in the respective carrying passages on the downstream side of these upper carrying passage and lower carrying passage. The PTP sheets of the upper carrying passage and the lower carrying passage are simultaneously carried by the same push-sending finger 15 up to the confluent part. The confluent part is provided with a PTP sheet sending device 40 having a sending claw 41 arranged protrusibly-retreatably to the lower carrying passage, moving quicker than the verocity of the push-sending finger in the same direction as the carrying direction of the PTP sheet and sending out the PTP sheet by passing the push-sending finger ahead in the middle of its movement.
