PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a men's undergarment not only improving feeling of wear but also separating the penis from the abdomen and scrotum and holding, and enabling a wearer to expose the penis only by handling the undergarment and take a posture of urinating. SOLUTION: This men's undergarment 1 includes an inner pad part 11 set so as to hold the penis 7 from the front and back, a penis holding part 8 formed by including an external pad part 12, a penis introducing part 13 set at the lower part of the penis holding part and introducing the penis to the penis holding part from the inside, and a urination opening part 14 set at the upper part of the penis holding part. The undergarment is so formed that at least the external pad part is made of a stretch elastic cloth material, positioning retaining means 16 seizing the penis to retain positioning is set in the inside of the external pad part, and at least the end of the penis is exposed so as to urinate by rolling up the external pad part.
