PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition exhibiting sufficient curability for practical use and containing no tributyl tin compound, which is feared about toxicity. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains two kinds of curable resins (P1) and (P2) each having a predetermined crosslinking silyl group-containing functional group in the molecule and a divalent carboxylic acid tin compound (C) but no tributyl tin compound, wherein the compounding proportions (mass ratio) of the curable resins (P1) and (P2) satisfy (P1):(P2)=5:95 to 95:5, and the composition contains 0.01 to 10 pts.mass of the carboxylic acid tin compound (C) with respect to total 100 pts.mass of the curable resins (P1) and (P2).
