PURPOSE: A micro-patterned nanofiber scaffold is provided to obtain a patterned scaffold thin film capable of applying to the histotechnology, and a super-high speed biosensor for the multiple analysis. CONSTITUTION: A micro-patterned nanofiber scaffold is produced with more than one biocompatible polymer selected from the group consisting of chitoic acid, elastine, hyaluronic acid, alginate, gelatin, collagen, cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyethylene oxide, poIycaprolactone, polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, poly(lactic-co-(glycolic acid)), poly[(3-hydroxybutyrate)-co-(3-hydroxyvalerate)], poly dioxanon, poly[(L-lactide)-co-(carprolactone)], poly(ester urethane), poly[(L-lactide)-co-(D-lactide)], poly[ethylene-co-(ethenol)], polyacrylic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polystyrene, polyaniline, their copolymers, and their mixtures. |
