<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out more prompt and accurate communication traffic control. <P>SOLUTION: A communication traffic control apparatus 600 is connected while being communicable with a wireless network control device 300 for controlling a base station 200, which controls a sector in which a mobile unit 100 is within a range. The communication traffic control apparatus includes: a positioning information acquisition unit 601 for acquiring positioning information including positional information of at least the mobile unit 100; a dynamic state information extraction unit 602 for extracting dynamic state information of a mobile unit user based on the positioning information acquired; and a control unit 603 for performing communication traffic control based on the extracted dynamic state information of the mobile unit user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
