<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for obtaining the coordinates of a spot located closer to the spot of an address which a user intends to have, when there is bo an inputted address. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a storage means which correlates first hierarchical address information and second hierarchical address information with the coordinate information on reference spots on a map and store them; a reception means which receives inputted address information; a determination means which determines whether a line-connected polygon, formed by linearly connecting the reference spots on the map which correspond to the all the second hierarchical address information which belongs to the inputted first hierarchical address information, preliminarily satisfies fixed conditions, when the inputted second hierarchical address information is not stored in the storage means; a means which executes correcting processing for numbers included in the inputted second hierarchical address information, when the result of the determination shows that the polygon satisfies the conditions; and a means which extracts from the storage means the coordinates information on the reference spots which correspond to the second hierarchical address information obtained as a result of the processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
