<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sense of fatigue in long-term use of a personal computer input device such as a mouse. <P>SOLUTION: A mouse is the personal computer input device, wherein a switch part is manually operated to generate a signal and to output the signal to a personal computer and an optical device sensing movement is arranged in the bottom part. In the mouse, a plurality of projections having a spherical shape wherein the end is formed into a spherical surface with a diameter of 0.5-10 mm are arranged on the surface outside.
