PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily deliver a low-temperature delivery article by a hand carriage while maintaining the delivery article at predetermined cooling temperature. SOLUTION: This cooling delivery carriage 1 is equipped with: wheels 12; a handle 14; a heat insulating case body 20 constituting a storage chamber 4; a cooler for cooling the inside of the storage chamber 4; an opening 5 of the storage chamber 4 formed on the heat insulating case body 20; a heat insulating door 6 rotatably supported by a lower end of the opening and closing the opening so as to enable opening/closing; and a storage box body 16 storing the delivery article on the heat insulating case body. A stopper 39 is also provided for horizontally maintaining the heat insulating door with the opening opened by being fitted to the heat insulating case body, and a storage part 43 for storing the stopper 39 when the opening is closed by the heat insulating door 6 is disposed on an outer surface of the heat insulating case body.
