PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device, which improve bending efficiency and reduces noise and vibration. SOLUTION: In the power transmission chain 1, a first link row R1 comprising (2n+1) pieces, a second link row R2 comprising 2n pieces overlapped on a front part of the first link row R1, and a third link row R3 comprising 2n pieces overlapped on a rear part of the first link row are arranged as one unit. As a form of holding each link 11 of (2n-1) pieces excluding a link 11e of a width direction outermost side of the first link row R1 from width direction both sides by links 21, 31 of the second and third link rows R2, R3, a form of holding it by links 21, 31 of the same link row R2, R3, and a form of holding it by different link rows R2, R3 are mixed.
