PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate gas from oil by certainly liquefying oil mist contained in high-temperature blow-by gas. SOLUTION: Cooling air injected from a nozzle (21), adiabatically expanded and further cooled and the blow-by gas are sucked and mixed by a diffuser (22), the blow-by gas is cooled, and misty engine oil is liquefied. Further, separation of the blow-by gas from the liquefied engine oil is promoted by spraying the blow-by gas to a baffle plate (23), and the engine oil is separated from the blow-by gas.
