SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MOBILE PHONE RESIDENT DIGITAL SIGNING AND ENCRYPTION/DECRYPTION OF SMS

The system and method provide for a mobile phone resident application for symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic operations including digital signing of SMS and encryption/decryption of SMS without the use of SIM or any specialized hardware crypto module. The system also provides a method for secure generation of Keys using novel multipart seed generator within the mobile phone device. The system also provides a method to securely store the Keys using dual layers of encryption technique.
