PURPOSE: A method for managing bicycle movement is provided to supply the information on a real-time use state and movement path of a bicycle by providing a web service to a bicycle map in order to detect the total number of persons who moves toward departure and stopover. CONSTITUTION: The information inputted to a web server is transferred to a central control server(S120), and control terminal information and ID information are transferred to the central control server. The central control server compares the control terminal information with the control terminal information obtained by a departure spot information acquisition terminal(S150). If a control terminal exists in a departure point, the location information of the control terminal is matched with a map(S160). |
