PROCESSING METHOD OF MASTER LINK

PURPOSE: A master link processing method is provided to set front and rear master links at a time, thereby improving the processing precision of a master link and reducing work time. CONSTITUTION: A master link processing method is as follows. Front and rear master links(1) are designed into one body. A separation part and an assembly clearance(2) of the front and rear master links is formed by wire cutting. In the wire cutting, a point(b) and a point(c) of the front and rear master links are cut at a start point(a) first and cutting(A) is carried out to a clearance end point(d), the cutting is returned to a clearance start point(e) along the cut surface, and cutting(C) for clearance is carried out.
