SIMULTANEOUS DETECTION METHOD FOR INFLUENZA A AND NEW INFLUENZA A WITH REAL-TIME MULTIPLEX REVERSE TRANSCRIPTION(RT)-PCR

PURPOSE: A primer for diagnosing influenza virus and a detection method using the same are provided to early diagnose new influenza. CONSTITUTION: A primer set of diagnosing influenza is a primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 2; or a primer set of sequence numbers 4 and 5. A composition for diagnosing influenza virus A contains the primer set and prober of sequence number 3 or 6. The composition additionally contains Hot start Taq DNA polymerase, and reverse transcriptase. A method for diagnosing influenza virus A comprises: a step of mixing an enzyme composition containing Hot start Taq DNA polymerase, and reverse transcriptase; a step of adding a test RNA; and a step of performing real time PCR.
