DISEASE RESISTANCE-RELATED PEPPER E3 UBIQUITIN LIGASE GENE CARING1 AND TRANSGENIC PLANTS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An E3 ubiquitin ligase gene(CaRING1) and a disease resistant transgenic plant using the same are provided to search plant disease resistance. CONSTITUTION: A gene CaRING1(Capsicum annuum E3 ubiquitin ligase RING1) encoding Capsicum annuum-derived E3 ubiquitin ligase is a gene of sequence number 1. The protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A recombinant vector pBIN35S::CaRING1 contains gene, CaRING1. A detection for disease resistance of a plant is performed by isolating mRNA from a plant transformed by the recombinant vector and confirming different expression of CaRING1 gene.
