PURPOSE: A hybrid electric boiler system and a control method thereof are provided to rapidly heat the water by letting the water successively pass through a plurality of heat transfer units having a large surface area. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid electric boiler system comprises a supply pipe(100), a plurality of heat transfer units(200,202,204,206), a guide pipe(110), and a discharge pipe(120). The supply pipe guides the intake of water. The heat transfer units heat the water with electricity by comprising an electrode rod(210) which generates heat with external electricity and a channel pipe(220) surrounding the electrode rod. The guide pipe connects the heat transfer units together. The discharge pipe guides the discharge of the water having passed through the heat transfer units successively. |
