PURPOSE: A method for preventing the spalling phenomenon of high-strength concrete is provided to form bulky calcium silicate hydrated gel by substituting a part of a fly ash component with zeolite. CONSTITUTION: Zeolite is prepared(S11). A part of fly ash is substituted with zeolite(S12). In a cement mixing process, the zeolite-substituted fly ash is added as a mixing material in order to form bulky calcium silicate hydrated gel in concrete(S13). The zeolite of the zeolite-substituted fly ash includes 0.3-1.3nm of nano pores. Organic fiber is additionally added. The mixing material additionally includes meta kaolin. |
