PURPOSE: An LED fish-luring light cooling device using an aquatic plant of identical height is provided to minimize power consumption of a pump and to ensure excellent cooling effect by minimizing height difference of a position where cooling water flows in and a cooling channel position where an LED fish-luring light is installed. CONSTITUTION: An LED fish-luring light cooling device using an aquatic plant of identical height comprises a first water tub(10), a second water tub(20), a first cooling channel(30), a second cooling channel(40) and a pump(50). The cooling water(5) is included in the first water tub. The second water tub is horizontally distanced from the first water tub and contains cooling water. The first and second cooling channels have an LED fish-luring light(2). The pump is respectively located on the first and second cooling channels and forcibly circulates cooling water.
