PURPOSE: A reinforcing rod coupler is provided to prevent breaking in a joint part due to external force and streamline reinforcing rod connection work. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing rod coupler comprises a reinforcing rod insertion piece(10), first and second tightening pieces, and a fastener. The reinforcing rod insertion piece accepts first and second reinforcing rods, respectively. The first and second tightening pieces tighten first and second reinforcing rods accepted in the reinforcing rod insertion piece. The fastener is coupled with each boss(16,17) formed in the reinforcing rod insertion piece and the first and second fasteners.
