PURPOSE: A paper feed device for an imprinted fabric manufacturing device is provided to prevent the tearing or slack of paper and to maintain the continuity of task by controlling the tension and RPM for paper supply. CONSTITUTION: A paper feed device for an imprinted fabric manufacturing device comprises a paper feeder(60). The paper feeder comprises a paper roller(61), a tension sensing roller(62) and a conveyer belt(63). The paper roller controls tension and feed rate in order to supply the paper to the lower part of a fabric(18) provided to a feeding roller(12). The tension sensing roller is unwound on the lower part of the paper roller and contact with the conveyed paper. Tension is sensed, and a rotary speed control signal is transferred to the paper roller. According to the signal of the tension sensing roller, the paper roller of the paper feeder decrease the number of rotation when there is no the tension force in the paper. When the paper is highly tensioned, the paper roller increases the rotation number. |
