PURPOSE: A double floor system of a bearing wall type modular building is provided to improve structural stability and construction by the integrated movement of a ceiling plate and a floor plate. CONSTITUTION: A double floor system of a bearing wall type modular building comprises a floor plate(100) and a ceiling plate(200). The floor plate is formed on the upper and lower portions of a bearing wall. The ceiling plate is attached to the lower portion of the floor plate and is formed of an external frame(210) and multiple joists. The external frame connects the external portion of the floor plate. The joists are formed inside the external frame.
