<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical write-in apparatus which carries out alignment of a transparent substrate by detecting a position deviation between the center line of a rod lens and the center of a light emitting element line. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting element line with a plurality of light emitting elements set in a main scanning direction is formed at a glass substrate 62. The rod lens 84 is observed through the glass substrate 62 by a CCD whose illustration is omitted. A width Wa (length in a sub scanning direction) of a sealing member 1 is made narrower than a width Wb of the glass substrate 62. The rod lens 84 can accordingly be detected by light which passes the glass substrate 62. At this time, edges of both sides of the sealing member 1 are also detected by the CCD, and therefore the position deviation between the position of the center line of the rod lens 84 and the light emitting element line can be calculated at a control part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
