PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's convenience by using electric field communication and lightening a burden of input of authentication information, and to secure higher security by reducing the risk of a leak of the authentication information. SOLUTION: A user terminal 4 includes a request receiving means 41 of receiving access requests to predetermined servers 6 and 7 and transmitting the access requests to the servers 6 and 7, and an authentication information acquiring unit 42 that acquires the authentication information for the servers from a mobile terminal 1 through the electric field communication including the body of the user 8 as a communication path and transmits it to the servers 6 and 7 when the user 8 touches the electrode 903 of a first transceiver 5 installed at a part of the user terminal 4 or nearby the terminal 4. The portable terminal 1 has a second transceiver 3 and a control unit 21 which reads authentication information for servers stored in a storage unit 22 when the user 8 touches the electrode 903 of the first transceiver 5 and transmits it to the communication terminal 4 through the electric field communication including the body of the user 8 as the communication path.
