<p>Cord fastener for packets, sacks, bags etc. comprises an injection moulded polystyrene plate with retainers spaced sufficiently to clip between them a spring steel coil. This is convex and spread on the side furthest from the plate so as to accept the inserted cord end. The plate is rimmed to prevent hand injury and fitted with finger holds running along each side of the spring at a fingers width distance. The plate is light, cheap, easy to use, clamps the cord reliably.</p> |
